FML employees conduct thorough pre-job inspections prior to commencing their work, and have been trained in WHMIS, CPR, first aid, NFPA standards, racking dis/assembly, lock-out/tag-out, fall arrest, and aerial platform. ​

FML strives to stay abreast of new industry standards, technologies, and training programs, and invests heavily in keeping employees up to speed.
